NZUSA have just launched a new online petition calling on "the Tertiary Education Commission to recognise that students cannot afford to pay even higher fees, be burdened with even more student loan debt and take even longer to repay student loans, by refusing all applications from public tertiary institutions in New Zealand for permission to raise fees by more than the government imposed 5 percent fee increase limit."
